Smokey Boy Pretzel Burgers
Prep time 5 min
Cook time 5-10 min
Total time 10-15 min
What you need:
2 pounds Ground beef
Smokey Boy ~(1/8cup-1/4cup)
1 Large egg
1 cup shredded or cubed cheese of choice ( We love pepper jack or cheddar)
sliced cheese
mayo
All toppings optional:
cooked Bacon
1 Large tomato
lettuce of choice
1 large onion
Buns of Choice ( we recommend Pretzel)
Condiments
Combine Smokey Boy, Egg, ground beef and cheese together with hands or spatula. (optionally, cube cheese can be added to the center of burger patty when shaping instead of shredded cheese mixed with beef)
Shape into equal size balls about ¼ pound or 3 inches in diameter. Flatten ball between plates or in burger press with plastic wrap so it doesn’t stick .
Slice tomato, onion and separate lettuce leaves. Spread Mayo on buns and toast on grill or in pan until golden brown on bottom. (mayo is the best way to toast buns)
Cook burger patties on Grill or in pan until desired doneness add sliced cheese just before burgers are done, Assemble burgers with toppings and condiments of choice and Enjoy!
